Extremely nice rooms and awesome gym overlooking the Houston Downtown area - include a Starbucks on the ground floor and its Perfect!
Everyone was really nice, and everything was really clean. The location was great, close to everything downtown. We had a perfect view of the Discovery Green park area. The swimming pool was nice, and our 4 year old son loved relaxing in the hot tub.

The location could not have been better. Easy access from Katy Freeway. The room, indeed the entire property, exudes the luxury and comfort of a far more expensive hotel. The parking lot is well lit and safe. My room (328) was large, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. The bed could not have been more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, well varied and plentiful. The staff was courteous and helpful. I recommend this hotel without reservation.

The people were nice. The rooms were clean. The Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. The only minor Problem was the bed was uncomfortable.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds and room were comfortable. Thermostat to control the temperature was nice. Bathroom was spacious enough with a nice counter and roomy shower. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but was adequate with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, etc. nice little snack area for purchase. Included ramen, hot pockets, and even a frozen dinner. Microwave in room and coffee available 24 hours in the lobby and a machine in the room.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel!! Easy and friendly check-in, beautiful and clean suite, the atmosphere was safe and secured. My family and I arrived back to the room after midnight once leaving an event and the security officer followed us; unasked to the door to ensure we entered safely. We were very appreciative of that gesture. Also, the complementary breakfast was fresh and delicious!

The location is great. Best perk was to get checked in at 2:30! That was epic and so appreciated. Also checkout is at noon! Wish all hotels did that! Staff were super helpful. The valet was super fast getting the car when we needed it. This Westin really has their act together! Holiday decorations were gorgeous.
Great location for our shopping weekend and close to great restaurants. Loved that we were able to self park, even if it did cost. Loved the view from the pool area. Hotel was clean and up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I've stayed here a couple times now. It's being maintained well. Room and facilities were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. My only suggestion is don't eat Java Chip ice-cream before going to bed if you want to actually sleep

We had a queen studio and found it very clean, spacious and comfortable for two adults. The surrounding area felt safe and is near, restaurants, groceries and most anything else one could need. Rooms are adequately sound insulated quiet. Full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher and 2 burner stove.

The location is superb but the staff makes you feel like you are in New York City or LA. Very nice hotel.
Great location, great property, super comfy beds. For most of the trip I was working on location, wish I'd had more time to look around the hotel. My mother did sit by the pool for a while and said it was lovely.

Room was huge, comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff were always very helpful - opening the kiosk out of hours and taking in a delivery on my behalf. Check in and check out was great. Location is great - walkable around downtown and generally safe (felt less safe further east around Main Street etc.).

The location could not have been better. Easy access from Katy Freeway. The room, indeed the entire property, exudes the luxury and comfort of a far more expensive hotel. The parking lot is well lit and safe. My room (328) was large, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. The bed could not have been more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, well varied and plentiful. The staff was courteous and helpful. I recommend this hotel without reservation.

I enjoyed the coffee bar while getting ready early in the morning. We only ate one meal (lunch), and it was good. The grounds were beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was a nice option for close trips. There is a mall nearby, which is walkable.

Everybody was very nice. Front desk lady helped us to get all our rooms together on one floor. Breakfast staff was attentive and helping. Breakfast was nice with all the hot and cold items in American breakfast. Happy hour everyday with one complementary cocktail and small bites. Free parking. Extremely nice rooms and awesome gym overlooking the Houston Downtown area - include a Starbucks on the ground floor and its Perfect!
Everyone was really nice, and everything was really clean. The location was great, close to everything downtown. We had a perfect view of the Discovery Green park area. The swimming pool was nice, and our 4 year old son loved relaxing in the hot tub.

Location, professional staff with great attitude. The restaurant: great cuisine - we loved the hummus especially. The Restaurant/Bar Area are a little cold and impersonal, less cheerful than a guest who goes to MD Anderson might find comfort in. Concierge and Maid service ware outstanding. All in all one a great stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Soft bathrobes to boot.
It's a good thing I chose such a nice hotel, because man did I spend a lot of time there. Room, staff, and common areas were all lovely. Food and wine delicious and reasonable priced all things considered. And WOOD room keys? Wow! A hotel out to reduce plastic waste is a hotel after my own heart. Fabulous.

The location could not have been better. Easy access from Katy Freeway. The room, indeed the entire property, exudes the luxury and comfort of a far more expensive hotel. The parking lot is well lit and safe. My room (328) was large, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. The bed could not have been more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, well varied and plentiful. The staff was courteous and helpful. I recommend this hotel without reservation.

Everyone was really nice, and everything was really clean. The location was great, close to everything downtown. We had a perfect view of the Discovery Green park area. The swimming pool was nice, and our 4 year old son loved relaxing in the hot tub.

The location is great. Best perk was to get checked in at 2:30! That was epic and so appreciated. Also checkout is at noon! Wish all hotels did that! Staff were super helpful. The valet was super fast getting the car when we needed it. This Westin really has their act together! Holiday decorations were gorgeous.

We had a queen studio and found it very clean, spacious and comfortable for two adults. The surrounding area felt safe and is near, restaurants, groceries and most anything else one could need. Rooms are adequately sound insulated quiet. Full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher and 2 burner stove.

Close to the center of Houston downtown it was a perfect accomodation for our 4 days stay in Houston. The Hotel is friendly, clean, has a nice pool and other amenities. The breakfast was a good standard continental with enough space and friendly employees. Nothing to complain at all. We would book it again without hesitation.

Everybody was very nice. Front desk lady helped us to get all our rooms together on one floor. Breakfast staff was attentive and helping. Breakfast was nice with all the hot and cold items in American breakfast. Happy hour everyday with one complementary cocktail and small bites. Free parking. They serviced the rooms everyday.20 mins from museum district.

Excellent location for shopping and entertainment. Very nice lobby and public area. Rooms are nice size. The staff was excellent and doing a great job of handling a power outage which was in progress when I arrived.

Room was huge, comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff were always very helpful - opening the kiosk out of hours and taking in a delivery on my behalf. Check in and check out was great. Location is great - walkable around downtown and generally safe (felt less safe further east around Main Street etc.).

The location is great. Best perk was to get checked in at 2:30! That was epic and so appreciated. Also checkout is at noon! Wish all hotels did that! Staff were super helpful. The valet was super fast getting the car when we needed it. This Westin really has their act together! Holiday decorations were gorgeous.
Great location for our shopping weekend and close to great restaurants. Loved that we were able to self park, even if it did cost. Loved the view from the pool area. Hotel was clean and up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location could not have been better. Easy access from Katy Freeway. The room, indeed the entire property, exudes the luxury and comfort of a far more expensive hotel. The parking lot is well lit and safe. My room (328) was large, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. The bed could not have been more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, well varied and plentiful. The staff was courteous and helpful. I recommend this hotel without reservation.

Great location, great property, super comfy beds. For most of the trip I was working on location, wish I'd had more time to look around the hotel. My mother did sit by the pool for a while and said it was lovely.

The location could not have been better. Easy access from Katy Freeway. The room, indeed the entire property, exudes the luxury and comfort of a far more expensive hotel. The parking lot is well lit and safe. My room (328) was large, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. The bed could not have been more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, well varied and plentiful. The staff was courteous and helpful. I recommend this hotel without reservation.

Very clean and spacious room
Short stay here for business and the location is why I had chosen this property. It co-located with the Galleria mall and I could just walk into the mall for all things of need. Traffic going into this location is heavy, however, if you're able to avoid those hours, it's a good location with plenty of shopping and food options even beyond the Galleria. The rooms are spacious and facilities are sufficient. I would stay here again, given a chance.
