The staff and the location. The manager was especially kind and took responsibility for one issue that I encountered and offered such a sincere level of care. The location is central to Houston. In the Med Center, but not on noisy road.

The staff were all wonderful people who understood the assignment.
Has a rain shower with shower wand. The bathroom is really nice and has a Dyson hair dryer. Nice lighting system in the bedroom. And love the beach look with tasteful colors. Has a great roof top pool with the sounds of the ocean.
The hospitality was amazing! I was a little testy just because I was unaware about the 50.00 per night valet parking that we had to do. They were very patient with me and apologetic which made me realize that it?s not their vault they don?t make the rules

Location near the venue
It was cheap. The only two reasons to stay here are its price and its proximity to something you plan to do. If either one of those can be met elsewhere, go elsewhere.
