They had a great rooftop pool/lounge area to bring drinks and enjoy. They also offered us a welcome drink upon arrival.
The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The facilities were so nice and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I don¿t usually leave reviews but this really was such a nice stay!

Location, rooftop pool and the staff.
Location grant but I the road around is in renovation .
Noise woke us up early due to the maid closet being next to our door and we heard them slamming the door. The staff was offering us 2 different rooms to switch to which was very nice. We ended up staying in our room

Location on the beach with a beautiful spacious room overlooking the sea. Breakfast was great and became our main meal of the day.
The location of the hotel was very good. Directly behind is a public beach with easy access. The room and the veranda were very nice. The food at the bistro bar was good. My wife had the lasagna and like it very much. The sweet potato fries were very good
Amazing views, nice beach, good restaurant, free spa.

The hotel is very interesting aesthetically with lots of vibrant art throughout both inside and out. The room was very small, the bed mediocre at best and the pillows sub-par. I had a bad view looking at another high-rise too close for privacy.
Cool aesthetic with the art bar. Good location relative to the conference I was attending.

Top Tips
- Book Palma hotels 3 to 4 months ahead for June to August stays to access rates 20-30% below last-minute prices, as occupancy averages 85% during peak season. Early booking also increases your odds of securing preferred room types in larger chains or historic venues.
- Budget for the mandatory Balearic 'Ecotasa' tax (€4.00–€8.00 per person/night, approx. $4.30–$8.60 USD); this is applied at check-in. The tax drops by 70% for nights 9 to 14 of longer stays, so extending your trip can reduce overall nightly cost.
- Select accommodations north of Plaça d'Espanya to reduce airport noise by up to 12 dB(A). This location also puts you within an 8 to 12 minute walk of Old Town, making sightseeing easier.
- Withdraw cash at CaixaBank or Banco Santander ATMs in Palma Airport Terminal 3, where the flat fee is €3 (approx. $3.20 USD) versus €4–€5 (approx. $4.30–$5.40 USD) in the city center. Decline Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) whenever prompted to avoid extra costs.
- Look for the Aenor S+Cert sustainability label; 14% of Palma hotels hold this certification, using 22-30% less water and segregating over 95% of waste. Booking certified hotels supports local environmental efforts.
- For July and August, request a room facing an interior courtyard or with a north view. These rooms typically stay at 24-26°C at night, while south-facing rooms may exceed 32°C, making non-air-conditioned nights more comfortable.
- Check if 'free' hotel Wi-Fi meets your needs; the average speed is 35 Mbps down (range: 8-90 Mbps) and only 38% of hotels guarantee at least 50 Mbps. Confirm speed and upload capacity if you plan to work or stream from your room.
- Always choose EUR billing at point-of-sale terminals and decline Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) to avoid markups of 4.2-7.8% above interbank rates. This applies to hotels, restaurants, and ATMs in Palma.
- If you need step-free access, check carefully within 0.5 km of the Catedral; only 41% of hotels in this zone are fully step-free. When booking, request an accessible room or a 'planta baja sin escalones' (ground floor without steps).
- Tipping is not expected for standard housekeeping in Palma. For extended room service or luggage assistance, €2–€5 (approx. $2.15–$5.40 USD) is customary per service.
- Minimize water usage during May to September, when restrictions are common. Hotels with greywater recycling systems—such as Meliá Mallorca—help reduce guest water impact by 35%.
- Combine Iberia Plus and Booking.com deals for hotel and flight packages; Iberia partners with Meliá and Barceló, providing 15-25% off or promo stacking when available. Check for loyalty codes or special rates before you book.
