Newer hotel.
We were misled. The hotel is a dump. It is under construction and renovation. It is dirty. We took a photograph of the pool. The walls and floor of the pool were covered with green slime. The hotel was uninhabitable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Top Tips
- Book your stay at least 3 weeks in advance for winter and spring travel. Hotel rates can be 20-40% higher from December through March, especially during Spring Break in mid-March, so early booking helps secure preferred dates and room types.
- Select a hotel along the SR-56 or SR-54 corridor to minimize driving. These locations are typically 0.5-2 miles from Wiregrass Commons and The Grove, so reaching shops, restaurants, or groceries usually takes just 2-8 minutes by car.
- Expect to need a car or rideshare for most trips since public transit is limited. Pasco County Public Transportation (PCPT) operates only a few routes, with low frequency outside weekday peak hours; check the PCPT website for current schedules.
- Most Wesley Chapel hotels provide free self-parking, while downtown Tampa properties commonly charge daily parking fees. This can save you $15 to $30 per day.
- Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 28-35 miles from Wesley Chapel. A rideshare typically takes 30-45 minutes off-peak and costs $40-$75 each way; verify if your hotel offers an airport shuttle before booking.
- AdventHealth Wesley Chapel hospital is next to the main hotel and retail area off SR-56. Many hotel chains are within a 2-5 mile drive, giving you quick access to emergency care if needed.
- If you plan to arrive late, choose a national brand like Hilton, Marriott, or Hyatt, as these hotels usually offer 24-hour front desk service—useful for flights arriving after midnight.
- Check EV charging availability before booking if you need to charge an electric vehicle. While some newer hotels offer this, many do not; consult PlugShare or the Tesla charging map for nearby public fast chargers.
- Tap water in Wesley Chapel meets Florida state standards, making bottled water optional. Hotels and area venues accept refillable water bottles for convenience.
