Hotel Tampa Riverwalk

Very well located,on the Riverwalk! Room was nice size and very comfy bed. Food was great and so was the outside pool bar and restaurant.

We licked everything!

Rooms were good size and bed comfortable.

I was overcharged over $100 for my 2 night stay. No one seems to care so not addressed or refunded yet.I was charged for valet parking but had no car (arrived and left by Uber). My initial room did not connect to WiFi and TV did not work. I paid $25 a day amenity charge for so called premium wifi etc ( definitely not premium ) but did not get the amenities or food credit to offset my food bill. finally the pool area does not look like the photos.

Location was PERFECT! Staff was fantastic. Lounge, poolside bar, and restaurant on site. On-site valet parking is also available. We also booked a riverside room with a balcony! We highly recommend this hotel.

I'm surprised this property is a Hilton. Definitely showing signs of neglect in several areas The carpet in the hallway was ripped in several places (fall hazard) and this caused the ice closet door to stick open. The tub was either still dirty or really, really old and in need of replacing.

Location, near Tampa General Hospital. Restaurant with good food.

No problem with room, a little dated and could hear street noise most of the night. Beds were comfortable and pool was good.

Fix the elevator. Only one working in a crowded hotel.

Horrible overpriced hotel. Terrible rude staff, offered 2 emails for early check in. Then rude staff refused early check in. BEWARE!!! OVERPRICED FORCED VALET PARKING.

Location is close to everything. Staff was amazing front Desk, Bar tender, valet, and House keeper. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early for a fee, of course. The view was spectacular. I stayed in a balcony Riverwalk view. It was so nice to see people kayaking early in the morning and dancing at the pool side. The room was very clean. Bed was comfy, and it was very spacious. It was a super nice stay. Would definitely come back with the family.

Lack of options for parking. Either you pay a high valet parking fee or nothing. There's no other parking alternative leaving force to valet. Even street parking charges per hour. So just add about $40 a day to your stay plus tip.
