Very inviting, clean, reasonably priced, and good continental breakfast.
The night manger was fantastic. He dealt w an unruly customer before us and handled it very professional . I was very impressed.
Disgustingly dirty. Roaches and bed bugs. I tried 4 different rooms. Found bugs in each. Hair and blood and dirt on sheets, blankets. Absolutely disgusting. Didnt stay. FYNo breakfast or pool either bc they are renovating they need to bomb the place.

Every staff member that I encountered was great! From check in to my departure. Hotel employee went out of her way to assist me with a special request. The breakfast attendant was a pleasure, made us feel at home. The gentleman in housekeeping was very attentive.

I thoroughly enjoyed EVERYTHING about this hotel, We attended a Graduation event at the BOS Center, it was within walking distance. The hotel staff have the same professional attention to all customers. Loved almost every minute of my weekend!

The desk clerk was amazing. The first room the hide a bed. The mattress pad was gross. We changed rooms and then that room only had a king bed not two queens so then we got put in another room. The front desk girl forgot to change our room number.

Showed up to check in around 9. No one was at the front desk and had a sign saying desk clerk will be back soon. I waited at leas 15 minutes and rang the bell. No service. In the end I had to skip my pre-paid reservation which is completely unacceptable.
