- The desk clerk was amazing. The first room the hide a bed. The mattress pad was gross. We changed rooms and then that room only had a king bed not two queens so then we got put in another room. The front desk girl forgot to change our room number.

- I had to go to the front desk and have my key card reprogrammed about four times it constantly would not open the door

- We got there at 2:50 and our room wasn¿t ready until 4:40 because housekeeping hadn¿t cleaned it yet! It was supposed to be ready at 3. Ridiculous wait! They can blame it on being short staffed due to COVID, but it¿s still bad customer service.
