The young girl at the front desk was great
Nothing. Especially since I did not get beyond the frontdesk. Horrible customer service and creepy to say the least. Weird and horrible smell at entry. Motel type hotel from the outside, although it did look better than other similar type I've seen before

The place was horribly dirty.tub had a black mess in it. I took picturesl bed was wet bugs on floor people being inappropriate outside my door. Floor was filthy there was a bucket under sink that had bugs everywhere and nasty water in it full to the top
I didn't pass the frontdesk.The smell in the lobby was horrible.The man at the desk was rude to begin w/'gimmie your id'.I Decided then, I didn't want to be there and he tossed my id onto the counter. I didn't even care about the no refund policy.

The staff was very nice and very friendly.

The hotel was in terrible condition and had lots of unsavoury people in it. The room was a nightmare and very gross. All the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the carpets were very dirty. The bed was all messy and looked like it had been slept in.
