Breakfast was great. When I checked in, the lady behind the desk assigned a room on the floor I requested. Because I wouldn't be back until 7 that evening, she found a room that was ready before 3 PM. I appreciate her understanding.

Nothing. I had roaches in both rooms and staff stole my items. I would like to make a formal complaint. This also appears to be a hostel not a hotel. The floors were nasty, no clean towels and staff are thieves.

We loved the themed rooms, the size of the rooms, and the walkability to the park. We also loved the activities inside the hotel itself.

The room was spacious and quiet. Wi-Fi connection was great
The staff was sweet and helpful. I asked for a room on the 1st floor because my son is afraid of elevators. They were able to switch rooms for us with no issues. My son told her thank you so much. He was so happy. He's 7.
The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. He made the check in process super easy and greeted my kids with a smile. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.
