Open drug use on the property, the room smelled like a wet towel to the point of having to wash unworn clothing when I returned home to remove the smell, the room was filthy, we were unable to get a refund, so we were forced to stay.
The hotel is a two level hotel, we stayed on the ground level. My suggestion to anyone is to stay on the 2nd level, when guest come home at 2am - 3 am you hear everything! I mean everything!! The breakfast was ok if you just like something light.

You can't get much closer to St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport than in this area between St. Petersburg and Clearwater. It's not on the Gulf of Mexico, but some of the area's best beaches are a short drive away. All of St. Petersburg's well-regarded museums are within a few miles. Also nearby is I-275, which whisks you into downtown Tampa.
