Good location
The location is incredible. The outdoor hottub is a treat, even on wintry days. All of the staff went out of their way to be helpful to us. The included breakfast was better than I expected, to be honest. Basic, but solid.

Great location, plenty of parking, very clean room, coffee and tea in the lobby available. Modern look of the hotel, place to sit and have breakfast very cute. The hot tub, more like an outdoor small pool very good. I spent there every evening.
Staff was kind, room was clean and basic, but had everything we needed.
Location was very good, each and every member of staff that we interacted was very courteous, nice breakfast and very good pool. They do offer other goodies like movies for the kids + kids candies/popcorn and pizza (of course you have to buy these).

Top Tips
- Mont Tremblant hotel demand spikes during late December holidays, February ski season, and the August Ironman 70.3. Rates can rise sharply, with many properties fully booked 6 to 12 weeks out. Book early to secure your preferred location, especially if traveling as a family or in a group.
- Hotel rates in Quebec are subject to approximately 14.975% tax (5% federal GST plus 9.975% provincial QST). Expect these taxes on your bill even if quoted rates appear lower. Clarify any additional local fees, such as resort charges, before finalizing your booking.
- For fall color season (mid-September to mid-October), Mont Tremblant draws leaf-peepers on weekends, peaking at 4 to 6 weeks ahead. Reserve in advance to access in-demand amenities like lake views or suites—families should request adjoining rooms early.
- Onsite parking is limited and often not included at Mont Tremblant village hotels. Fees typically apply, and remote lots can require a 5 to 15 minute walk. If accessible parking or step-free routes are needed, confirm specifics with your hotel before arrival.
- Montreal sits about 130 km (81 miles) from Mont Tremblant, a drive of 1.5 to 2 hours. No direct rail serves the area; for those without a car, confirm the current shuttle bus schedule and departure points, especially outside peak seasons.
- Tap water in Mont Tremblant hotels is typically safe for drinking, so refill water bottles from your bathroom or lobby tap to reduce plastic waste. Some hotels may also offer filtered water stations or refill points.
- When paying by card, select Canadian Dollars (CAD) and decline Dynamic Currency Conversion, as DCC can add a 2% to 4% markup. This applies at hotel check-in and local restaurants for the most favorable rates.
- Winter travelers: amenities like ski storage, boot warmers, and rooms within 300 meters of the gondola can differ by hotel. Request these features when booking to maximize convenience and minimize time spent carrying gear.
- Standard restaurant tipping in Quebec is 15% to 20%. For hotel staff, tip bellhops or porters $15 per bag and leave housekeepers $15 per night, ideally daily. This recognizes local service customs and supports worker livelihoods.
- Mont Tremblant resort hotels may restrict spa and pool access to registered guests or apply day-use fees ranging from $15 to $50 CAD. Always confirm access rules, costs, and reservation needs for wellness amenities prior to arrival.
