- Place des Voyageurs II is smaller than Voyageurs I - fewer rooms on the 4 floors, so fewer people. The room is a decent size, good shower. It is a few min walk from the center of the village, and it is very quiet. All village restaurants and shops are within few min, like literally across the door, 2 -3-4 min walk To get to the main gondola, you walk maybe a hundred feet to Cabriolet, a small lift that takes a couple of min up to the gondola boarding. Same way back, it's extremely convenient. The place is clean, there are ski lockers on the first floor. There is a paid parking, $CA/day if I remember correctly.
Cons -
- The hot tub in Voyageurs II seems to be a largish regular jacuzzi tub installed outside, good for maybe 2-3 people at a time. We booked a hotel room, it had a mini-fridge that wasn't working particularly well, no stove (studios have a stove but not hotel rooms), on a positive side there was a kettle and a Keurig coffeemaker, we got the pods from the reception, and a housekeeping stuff also brought some. Wi-fi is slow, the TV in the room had some channels but it would be nice to have a SMART TV, not sure how it would work with their limited wi-fi though
