This 3-star lodge is located near Lake Ouimet in Quebec and offers free WiFi in every room. Chez Borivage restaurant and a full-service spa are at the hotel. Guest rooms at Le Grand Lodge Mont Tremblant include a fireplace and cable TV. A separate living area with a Murphy bed and a sofa bed are available in select suites. The Whiskey Bar is on-site at the Mont Tremblant Le Grand Lodge. The hotel offers an indoor pool, a fitness facility and a steam room. The Casino de Mont-Tremblant is a 20-minute drive from Le Grand Lodge. Skiing is available in the Mont-Tremblant area of The Laurentians, the hotel offers ski rentals. Golfing is also nearby.

Pros +

  • This is a great Lodge in an awesome resort area! The room was spacious and well laid out. The bar area and restaurant are great places to unwind. Outdoors there were 2 fire pits, ice skating pond, sledding hill and snow shoeing(rentals on premises)
  • Excellent staff. knowledgeable and friendly.
  • architecture of the hotel friendliness of the staff awareness of nut allergies for the kids

Cons -

  • The hotel is very old and it shows ,the walls are very thin . Be prepared to hear your neighbors conversations , their dog barking , and footsteps in the hallway. Fireplace was broken in our room. Overall not what you expect for a 4 star hotel.
  • The bartender was a little overwhelmed during our stay but got the job done. The shuttle does not run late so will need to take public transportation to the village for dinner or after dinner activities. FYI- Restaurant is reservations only!
  • Shuttle hours need to be extended. First 8 departure is late for first tracks. 5 pm last shuttle does not give time to shop the village after skiing. Complimentry breakfast not apparent and food not avalable in the pub or restaurant toget to first trac
