We were offered the opportunity to upgrade our room (for a reasonable fee) and check in early - this was huge, because we got there fresh off our cruise ship at 7 AM and check-in was at 3 PM.
Large, clean rooms, walkable from Centraal Station. Small fridge in the room was helpful, and the bathroom was quite sizeable. It's the kind of hotel room size you see in the U.S. but not in Europe very much
