The rooms are spotless! Housekeeping does an amazing job!
A couple stays so far and stellar service from desk and cleaning staff! Absolutely 100% on taking care of the guests! Rooms are spotless as well as the grounds. Will definitely return!!
Front desk staff is exceptional! Hotel employee was very helpful and very sweet! Of two stays there so far, both were zero hassle and a total pleasure. Your service or family dog is treated like a proper guest and that stands out to me. Rooms were spotless too.

Top Tips
- Book your Hamilton hotel 6-8 weeks ahead for summer stays. This avoids 20-30% price increases due to Jersey Shore beach proximity, ensuring better rates during peak family travel. Compare rates across major brands, and monitor local festival dates in Hamilton and Jersey Shore, as these can double prices.
- Budget for 15-17% occupancy taxes on your Hamilton hotel stay. This includes a 6.625% state tax plus 7-9% local fees, adding $15 to $20 USD to your nightly bill. Use tax-inclusive filters on booking sites to see true prices, and check if loyalty program reward nights may be exempt.
- Hotels within 1-2 miles of Hamilton Square usually have lower crime rates, with property crime at 1,200-1,500 per 100k, below the township average. Many national chains cluster in these safer zones; confirm secure parking when booking, as top brands may offer gated lots or onsite night staff.
- Request an ADA-compliant room in advance at Hamilton's mid-range hotels. About 70-80% of rooms offer step-free access with elevators; confirm features like roll-in showers or visual alarms directly with brands such as Hampton Inn or Marriott.
- Verify Wi-Fi speeds of 25-50 Mbps for remote work if booking in Hamilton. Chains like Courtyard by Marriott often provide 50 Mbps or higher reliably year-round. Most major hotels also offer business centers; check if high-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary or if fees apply.
- Use card payments to avoid ATM fees in Hamilton. This bypasses 2-3% foreign transaction fees or $3-$5 USD ATM surcharges from non-major banks, especially near shopping areas. Visa, Mastercard, and Amex are widely accepted, but notify your bank before travel and check if mobile payment is available.
