- The room was perfect.
- Spacious and I really like the set up
- The room was spacious and comfortable. The bar was appreciated—good beer and convenient after a long day. It's also close to Marketfair and its stores and restaurants.
Cons -
- The ice machine on my floor wasn't working.
- Bed was uncomfortable
- The building is under renovations currently, so one elevator is out of service. There wasn't a usable outlet next to the desk. The TV was a bit difficult use--there was no channel guide, and it took some time to figure out how to select channels.

Location
Run down, in need of repair, staff rude and unhelpful. We have stayed many years at this location and it has clearly gone down hill. Did not feel like a Hyatt brand property at all
