Great location. Breakfast food no choices, cereal was not provided. Fruits was limited only to 1-2 types. Varieties of Filo foods were available but there was not much for Westerners.
Rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed. Staff were extremely helpful
It's close to the mall we shop at.

The Hotel is in perfect location accessible babks, malls, resto, churvh and hospital. I stayed in the Executive room 1601 and it's perfect to see the view of the city. The friendly staff are the gem of this hotel. Very helpful and accommodating.
Clean and comfortable, and for a budget/business hotel worth the stay.

Top Tips
- Book accommodations 2 to 4 weeks in advance for the Higalaay Festival in late August, or 3 to 6 weeks ahead for December-January holidays, to avoid hotel sell-outs and occupancy spikes. Rates typically increase within 10 to 14 days of each event, so compare your dates early for the widest available selection.
- Plan airport transfers from Laguindingan International Airport (46 km from the city center); the trip usually takes 50 to 75 minutes. Shared airport vans cost approximately ₱150 to ₱200 (about $3.00 to $4.00 USD) per person, and metered taxis or ride-shares are roughly ₱700 to ₱1,000 (about $15 to $20 USD) one way. Confirm the exact fare with your operator at the airport upon arrival.
- Choose hotels within 300 meters of Centrio or Limketkai malls for immediate access to supermarkets, ATMs, and 24-hour dining, which is especially useful for late arrivals or if you need essentials nearby.
- Expect a 10% service charge and 12% VAT on most hotel and restaurant bills. Some online rates exclude these fees, so check whether your quoted rate is inclusive before booking to prevent surprising costs at checkout.
- Use Grab for rides in Cagayan de Oro to access cashless payments and set pricing, avoiding fare negotiation on tricycle or non-metered taxi fares, especially at night when rates can vary.
- Withdraw cash at bank ATMs inside Centrio or Limketkai malls to reduce card tampering risks and to ensure clearer fee disclosures. Expect a non-home-bank withdrawal fee, and inform your bank before using your card in the Philippines.
- Drink bottled or boiled water, as tap water quality varies. Most mid-sized and large hotels provide 1 to 2 complimentary bottles per room; confirm the quantity during check-in to avoid extra charges.
- During storm and typhoon season, which peaks from June to October, confirm whether your hotel has full-building backup power. Some properties only allow essential lights and devices during outages, so check what services (such as A/C, elevators, or Wi-Fi) remain available before arrival if you need to work or have medical equipment.
