This hotel is set inside a gorgeously manicured resort setting. I loved the large room/balcony/bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Black out curtains, quiet, decent breakfast included in the room rate. Great Pool!!!

The setting and grounds are very nice. Most of the staff work very hard to resolve issues and be helpful. Management is aware of guest concerns and responds with rapid and proper remedies.
Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. The location, on the banks of the Nile, the staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. The rooms were clean comfortable and well appointed. I can't say enough good things about them. Great restaurants too.

The breakfast buffet was the best part of the hotel. Also the hotel was big and had restaurants within the hotel. Expensive though and because the food in Egypt is not great, I ate at KFC down the street from the hotel
