- Outstanding customer service which was far better this time around on our 2nd stay here. Abdul, the restaurant manager, in particular, spent an hour of his personal time helping/advising us on our further travel plans in Egypt
- Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location, nice room. Perfect quality-price balance. We asked guys to organize a tour to the Valley of Kings for us, and it was an individual, absolutely reasonably priced tour with a guide Hani (ask for this guide, if you're going to visit Luxor, he's really good!). And, Mo, thanks a lot!
Cons -
- We've been in Ramadan time, so it was hard to sleep at night, but tbh don't think, there is a place in Luxor, where you can hide from the loud sounds .
