The customer service of the clerks at the counter, there were 2 different people and both reception clerks were great, I was pleasantly surprised.

Wasnt sure what to expect after reading other reviews. We where very pleased with this Hotel. Was across the street from Beach restaurants close by, great place to stay if on a budget. Just needed a place to sleep since you sped the day on the beach.
It's extremely close to the beach. The owner operators are friendly and accommodating. Their awesome dog King, made my girls day! Miss Sue is doing a wonderful job at keeping the hotel in order.!!

I loved the Mom and Pop feeling of the hotel. They actually had real keys...it reminded me of vacationing with my mom and dad when I was little.

Me and my wife went for anniversary and it was perfect. The view was awesome. But what make it more special was the staff that help me to make few surprises to my wife. We definitely coming back. They went above a beyond. Also breakfast was excellent.

We loved the Casa Monica. It was right in the hub of all the sights of St. Augustine. We walked everywhere from our hotel. It was a beautiful hotel and the rooms were very comfortable. Wonderful dining room and lounge.

I rarely give feedback but this Days Inn deserves it. The staff has been amazing. I have a situation I have to take care of and they are being very kind and working with me. That says a lot about a hotel. Very rare.

I found that the lock on the room did not work and the young man immediately had my room changed. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. It was very quiet. The parking lot was filled but I seldom heard any guests.
