Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. No complaints from me, only praise for my vey comfortable experience.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in St. Augustine in December and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the service, and the overall comfort made our stay very special.The hotel was extremely clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and very quiet, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our time together. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room was well equipped with everything we needed.The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and kindly.The location was excellent — close to the historic district, restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It was perfect for walking around, exploring the city, and enjoying the charm of St. Augustine.Overall, this was a fantastic stay and a great experience for a couples’ getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Augustine, especially couples looking for a comfortable, romantic, and relaxing stay.

Good location, parking and shuttle with a reasonable fee

Bathroom very outdated, rusted faucet and dirty tub

Fantastic stay, very clean & comfortable & spacious efficient rooms, good breakfast, pleasant & friendly staff. Lobby was very nice with a great adjacent dining room. The bonus was a shuttle to downtown for the Night of Lights. Great value and would return in the future.

Only recommendation would be to offer a juice dispenser with ice water for breakfast. Only beverages offered were coffee, small pitcher of ice water which was always empty and a large dispenser of juice which was super sweet.

Overall it was good, the hotel staff accommodated my request. We were extremely pleased.

The A/C unit adjacent to the sink was very noisy making it challenging to sleep

My room was clean and, as requested, in a quiet section. I appreciated being able to book a very early check in and very late check out. While these were added expenses, it allowed me to maximize my time with my family who arrived before me and left after me. Parking was ample, safe, and right outside my room. The bed and linens were comfortable, and I slept well. This is no small achievement as I have chronic conditions that cause body aches. Staff was friendly and informative. Breakfast was good: tea, coffee, juice, milk, water, fruit, toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, and sausage were available. No pancakes or waffles. For a free breakfast, I thought it was fantastic. Mini refrigerator in my room worked well as did the air conditioning. The hotel location is great and the shuttle was timely and convenient. We used the shuttle multiple times on or stay and found it well worth the cost. Parking in downtown St. Augustine is $$ and often difficult to find. I've stayed in several hotels in St. Augustine over the years and, as I tend to select chain hotels for a 'guarranteed' level of cleanliness and comfort, I never considered staying here until my daughter selected this property for her stay. It was a good choice. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I was seeking a hotel near downtown St. Augustine.Adding so others know ahead of time: this was the first hotel I have ever stayed at without a phone in the room. Contact with front desk is via their website, cell phone call to their main number or in person.

I need coffee before I go out to get coffee and know I'm not alone in this defect. For those who share this affliction: the coffee maker type = 'tea bag coffee' not a 'keurig type' coffee maker as described on the hotel website. My daughter arrived before me and sent me a picture of the coffee maker. This was helpful as teabag coffee is way too watery for me. I packed Starbucks instant coffee and used the coffee maker to make hot water and that worked great for me. A photo of the coffee maker and flow-through coffee bags on the hotel website would help coffee-drinking travelers plan better.

It was extremely well taken care of. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and housekeeping was on point!

There was nothing that we did not like. Except for the fact, they didn’t have pancake pancakes while we were there lol!

My expectations were completely exceeded. We were surprised. Staff is friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and spacious. The location is also a plus since is near to the historic downtown and to a lot of the attractions. We loved it
