Staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and had great amenities. The easy access to a quiet beach is a huge plus.

This hotel was beautiful and was a great value. The only complaint that I had was that we had to pay for valet parking. We couldn't park in the parking lot without paying the valet fee.

Loved the staff. The hotel has some maintenance going on so the restaurant was not available but staff gave recommendations on local places. There is no microwave in the room but one on the first floor. The hotel does not offer beach chairs so bring your own. Cleaning ladies kept us stocked with towels and supplies. I would recommend this place.

No microwave in the room. The bed was firm which I preferred softer but not uncomfortable.

The staff went above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and roomy.

Beds are definitely hard.

It’s was under renovation so that’s the only thing that was wrong. But it’s going to be beautiful when it’s finished and the staff worked really hard to make everything perfect!

Beautiful hotel great location to attractions , restaurants, and being able to walk right out of building and down to beach was wonderful. Loved seeing that the lady who was there in January on our visit was still there for this visit also as she is so pleasant to talk to .

I didn't like the fact that the rest of the staff wasn't as pleasant as the lady I had dealt with in January and on Friday afternoon. With exception of one guy who was working on Wednesday I believe. Also did not at all like that the housekeeping staff only gave 2 towels and washcloths and 1 hand towel and no toliet tissue but 1 roll and a over half used roll from previous guest.The day we checked in one of my rooms i had booked had visibly dirty sheets on bed and used coffee bag in coffee maker still. Then on Friday they never even showed up at all after waiting all day for them and also making a trip to front desk and told the other lady what room we were in and what we needed. She made note later I had to report that nobody ever went and cleaned our room period . Had done nothing,...no towels , no washcloths, no clean floors and no trash nor dirty washcloths and towels taken even after I had all of it sitting together for them all they had to do is take it out. They never cleaned our sheets once, only made up bed Wednesday and Thursday . Total difference in my January visit til this visit quality wise and not for better this new cleaning staff needs to up their game big time to uphold the Hilton name and quality of service to accommodate the beautiful new renovations( as was told its transitioning to a Hilton property of such) . Although I do t like that their is no light in the sink area to see for brushing teeth, washing hands, applying makeup , shaving,etc..... little flap door in bathroom wall still wouldn't stay shut same as January (as we were put in same room I had then) .

Excellent location, Close to beach and restaurants

People / Kids were parking in the parking lot during the day who was not staying at the hotel causing commotion. Parking lots are small and can be challenging to find a spot.

Came for a family visit and soon as I arrived was stoked to see it was beach side and was feet away from the ocean! Got a good surf in a was able to be back at my room within a hour! Hotel smelled amazing, room was fancy and was truly happy with our selection in this hotel. Unfortunately I believe it's changing into a Hilton so the price won't be the same next time. With parking we paid $120!
