You felt special staying here.
The hotel was beautiful and loved the rustic vibe. Being from Texas it was like home away from home.
It hits every sense - the smells, the sights, the touch. Amazing customer service. Wonderful happy hour specials. So pleased that we decided to drive off of the highway to find our nights stay.

The staff¿s welcoming friendliness made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived!! Sam, the young man at the front desk, at 3:30pm was very nice, very helpful, and welcoming!!! My room was extremely comfortable and clean!!!
I have the staff a low rate because of two women that worked there. One was very rude, would try to answer questions from the back room instead of coming to the front desk. Proceeded to roll her eyes at me when asking a question. Very rude!!!
Was so clean!

itis clean and neat, well taken care of with polite and helpful staff. It is also convenient to where my daughter lives, as well as to local restaurants.
The room cost $--- per night. Ok you pay for what you get. Knowing what I know now, having to take a cold shower in the morning because the hotel was out of hot water, that is not acceptable.
I did not like this hotel at all in fact, I left one night early.

Nice staff. Location near Rt 75 and proximity of food outlets and gas.
Hotel employee on the night shift was the deciding factor between me staying 6 days or 1, and because of how he was I ended up booking 6 days. Hotel employee from house keeping was amazing!!!! She went above and beyond to resolve any issues I had.

Top Tips
- Confirm whether your hotel offers dedicated golf-cart parking and is within 0.5 miles of key cart paths. Many properties in The Villages lack direct cart access or reserved stalls. Call the hotel before booking to verify parking or ask about shuttle transport options for local travel.
- Book your hotel 6-12 weeks in advance for stays during the December-March 'snowbird' season, especially for weekends or nights with town square events, since rooms often sell out and rates increase. Enable price alerts or use flexible date searches to find the best rates during peak demand.
- If quiet is essential, request a room away from Lake Sumter Landing, Spanish Springs, or Brownwood Paddock Square, where live music typically plays from 5:30-10:30 PM on multiple nights weekly. Ask for a top-floor room or if earplugs are available to reduce noise impact.
- Choose your arrival airport by drive time: Orlando International (MCO) is about 70-90 minutes from The Villages, while Orlando-Sanford (SFB) or Ocala may offer shorter drives for certain regional flights. Check for shuttle or taxi services, or see if your hotel provides direct airport transportation.
- Verify your total room cost before booking—Florida hotels add state sales tax, plus county tourist or discretionary taxes, and some properties charge resort or parking fees. Review the hotel's booking page or contact the front desk for a detailed breakdown of current tax rates and fees.
- Confirm in advance if the hotel has golf-cart or electric vehicle charging stations, as many have limited or no overnight charging availability. Ask if adapters are available or whether the hotel can suggest nearby public charging locations.
- During the May-September shoulder season, use your hotel loyalty status to request upgrades, late checkout, or waived fees, as lower occupancy often makes these perks more accessible. Ask about current promotions or specific loyalty program benefits active during your dates.
- Request accessible features like step-free access, ADA roll-in showers, or shower grab rails when booking to ensure room suitability for mobility needs. Confirm accessible parking options and room proximity to elevators or public spaces.
- For reliable internet, request a recent Wi-Fi speed test result or ask if the hotel offers business-class wired Ethernet; a steady connection of 25 Mbps or higher is recommended for telework. If in-room connectivity is limited, inquire about the availability of a dedicated business center.
