The staff always greeted us with a smile and acknowledged us. They were very accommodating to extending our stay as our moving truck has not arrived as scheduled.

The bed was firm and extremely comfortable. The roll down window curtain allows you to make the room extremely dark at night, which is very nice. The hot continental breakfast was good. I especially liked the waffle maker. The front desk staff are great!

The staff¿s welcoming friendliness made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived!! Sam, the young man at the front desk, at 3:30pm was very nice, very helpful, and welcoming!!! My room was extremely comfortable and clean!!!
I have the staff a low rate because of two women that worked there. One was very rude, would try to answer questions from the back room instead of coming to the front desk. Proceeded to roll her eyes at me when asking a question. Very rude!!!

Very nice area. Lots of green. Room was large, beds comfortable, shower was wonderful. Felt very safe here... everyone was friendly. Pool was by our room but was surrounded by hedges so you couldn't see it or hear people who were using it.

The location is ideal. It's right in the middle of all the fun and has just completed a lovely renovation.

The pool was a very pleasant experience. Good tempurature with a nice view and quick access to bar. However, it would benefit greatly from having a wait staff doing rounds, cleaning up and taking orders for food and drinks.
As there was a mix up probably on our part, staff worked quickly to remedy the situation. Very comfortable. Right in town- most desirable location. They were even filming a movie when we were there. Had our pictures taken with the stars. We will return.
Definitely the charm and location of hotel.
