- The customer service was fantastic.
- -at the desk in the evenings- was friendly and accommodating. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Cons -
- The area rug under the bed in our room was nasty and stained.
- Poor service and little parking. The room we had needed repairs . We had do things that employ should have done but we payed for.
- Sadly, this time the beds were NOT good. I have back pain and this was so upsetting. One bed literally CREAKED. The beds were either cheap, old or both, and given the fortune just spent on complete renovation, this makes no sense. DISAPPOINTING.
