Its location is excellent and convenience. Just right across the Oslo Central station. The hotel is close to everything (shopping area, supermarket, eating place, bus station, rail station...) I'm glad that I choose this hotel for my Oslo trip.

As others have noted, the breakfast is excellent, although I would say that the ones at Hotel Bristol and other locations are equivalent. The staff was very accommodating when the first room we were put in had a terrible odor; the second room was fine.

Great cancellation policy. Our flight got canceled, so we had to change our booking to one night instead of two at the last minute.
They had nice restaurants outside that were quite good. We really liked Tullins Cafe followed by Spanish tapas at La Sangria and of course the pork knuckle at Den Glade Gris. All three were delicious! Location and transportation was excellent!
