The staff was great. Flights from the states arrive before check in time in Europe, and I had to go to a meeting hours after I landed. They offered me something called "Shower and Go" so I could freshen up for my day, and then offered to hold my bags.
Location was great - close to train station and metro. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Jacuzzi and sauna a big plus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel exceeded our expectations.
Very nice staff, extremely helpful and informative. Breakfast was very good as was the fitness room and spa. Bed was fairly comfortable and room was pretty good.

I liked its cleaniness and its location. The hotel had a comfortable mattress, clean sheets and towels. Everything functioned in the hotel, fridge, shower, television, and lights. Walking distance to train station & a lot of places to eat close by.

Surprisingly large room for the price. Clean and comfortable. Not too far from multiple train stations. They allowed me to check in quite early as my train came in much earlier than check in time.
Large spacious suite with tea/coffee making facilities. Great location just a 5 minutes walk from the central train station. Very nice cooked buffet breakfast with cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereals etc..

We really enjoyed the fruit infused water in the lobby, the breakfast was phenomenal and the room was very clean and in great condition.
The location was great for being relatively close to all the highlights - especially if you only have a day or two in Milan.
Only location, but I recommend to find near hotel in tge same area if you want perfect location and pleasant stay instead of this hotel.

Wonderful location in historical Milan with good access by foot to historical areas and train depot. Breakfast buffet was very good with fresh squeezed oranges and coffee made to order. Wifi had good connection.

Sound isolation is an issue. I was waken up by corridor talks of the cleaning stuff. Although they were not noisy per se, sound isolation is poor. Also I was on 1st floor and car noise from road was very present. Even you can hear pedestrians.
This is bed without breakfast hotel.
Room smelled like smoke. Air conditioning didn't work.

The hotel's location was perfect; from there, we were able to walk to everything. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped us with directions and eateries. The room was also big for an Italian hotel. We were very happy with our choice.
Perfect location and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel was convenient, right by the train station and a metro stop
This small, nice hotel has a great location. If you rent a car, there's a parking lot right across. This unexpected advantage allowed us to save some time what is critical when you travel. There are enough good restaurants around there.

Top Tips
- Book your hotel 60-120 days before Milan Fashion Week (February, September) or Salone del Mobile (April), as hotel prices typically rise 1.5-3 times and late bookings often face near-full occupancy. For best event access, compare rates with flexible cancellation and confirm your preferred neighborhood for your budget.
- From Linate Airport, take Metro M4 to Duomo in 10-15 minutes. From Malpensa Airport, use the Malpensa Express train to Milano Centrale in 40-50 minutes for about €13 (approx. $15 USD); both offer city center hotel access.
- A single ATM transit ticket is €2.20 (approx. $2.50 USD) for 90 minutes; a 24-hour pass is €7 (approx. $7.50 USD) and covers unlimited trips, making it economical for three or more rides in one day. Purchase tickets at metro stations, authorized kiosks, or ask your hotel front desk for assistance.
- Expect a municipal tourist tax (tassa di soggiorno) at check-in, usually €3-€5 (approx. $3.50-$5.50 USD) per person per night depending on hotel classification. Confirm the exact amount and any possible exemptions (such as for children or longer stays) with your hotel.
- Milan's tap water is safe to drink. Carry a refillable bottle and use public water points or hotel refill stations to reduce bottled water purchases and waste during your stay.
- Milan’s new M4 metro line is fully step-free, but many historic central hotels are not accessible for those with mobility needs. Request 'step-free arrival' and an accessible room when booking, and contact your hotel directly to confirm current accessibility options.
- When paying by card, always select Euros as your currency instead of USD to avoid dynamic currency conversion (DCC) fees, which can add significant markups. Request an itemized receipt to check charges, especially at self-checkout kiosks.
- Bring a Type L adapter for Italy's 230V/50Hz electrical outlets. While some hotels accept Type C two-pin plugs, a Type L adapter guarantees compatibility. Check with your hotel whether adapters are available to borrow or purchase onsite.
- If staying in nightlife districts like Navigli or Corso Como, request a courtyard-facing or higher-floor room to reduce late-night street noise, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays. Some hotels offer soundproofed rooms or white noise machines on request.
- For sustainability, select hotels with Green Key or EU Ecolabel certifications to support verified water and energy policies and transparent waste management. Look for these certifications when booking, and note that some hotel booking engines offer eco-filter options or eco-friendly amenities.
- Buffet breakfast in most Milan hotels is served from 07:00-10:00. If you have early meetings or departures, request a boxed or earlier breakfast from reception the day before, or check if your hotel offers 24-hour or extended breakfast options.
