The restaurant waiter manager was very professional and friendly.
Very professional and welcoming woman manager when we checked in. She made up for the restaurant being closed on Christmas eve day by giving us vouchers which we could use at the Doubletree a few minutes drive away. The young woman got me my points too.

Okay, here goes. When I got there I was told that my reservation had been switched to Hampton at Hilton at 725 Imperial Road North in Guelph, within 2 km. Reception was fine, but the room did not have a jacussi as shown on the picture of the room I had

As of 2024, this is the newest hotel in the St. Jacobs area, so the rooms are very clean and modern. The gym has very high-end equipment, including the earliest functional trainer I've used in a gym. Continental breakfast is included.
Really enjoyed the good variety for breakfast. Excellent for a 2 & 4 year old. Pool was nice to have for the kids to enjoy after a long day too!
