Some wonderful workers we have grown to like from coming a lot. There are some very rude female bartenders at the sea breeze. Not impressed. Need to fix this. Not you Shirley. Waitresses are great. Franklin your great.

The hotel had transportation to the beach. It was about 600 feet away and there was a golf cart. Driver gentleman who drove us wherever we needed to go

The staff, the beach has no rocks and the Breakwater they built keeps it calm and serene. The pools,rooms and restaurant are great too. In a word, I like everything about Phoenix..

The location, if you like a quiet clean beach with not bad snorkelling it was it. Also lots of beach to hike. We did tour the island and checked out some beaches and nothing compared for being quiet and clean. Also a good location to groceries.

The staff. The hotel is family owned and they have great plans for its future. They were all very helpful and attentive to our needs. It's in the process of being renovated into a boutique hotel. The rooms will be very nice when completed.

The free breakfast. We were glad we brought food and were only staying 1 day. The pool was dirty, and the air conditioning got shut off for repairs. We are still waiting for the washcloths that never came. Staff went home.

Lovely, clean, humble, and charming 11 room hotel with much of a feel of a bed and breakfast establishment but each room with a nice size bathroom. Nicely landscaped and well maintained.
