- The miss communication , I was told to make reservations for the restaurant before 8. Came at 4 minutes before 8and was told all the restaurants are booked. That the people made reservations weeks in advance. Very contradicto
- Respectfully, customer service and hospitality is not at the forefront of the staff's goals
