- Incredibly clean & the staff are all so nice!
- Location and tour desk was very helpful
- The location was great and the restaurant and bar staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons -
- Told us we only had 2 breakfast included, for 3 guest. The fire alarm kept us up all night and offered no compensation. They made other promises they did not keep. They include service fees nearly every time you interact with staff and expect tips.
- Housekeeping service was very poor and the front desk/check in staff are not knowledgeable about experiences in the area and were very slow to check us in upon arrival.
- It was not ON THE BEACH. Took. Shuttle. A little disappointed, but got over it!
