- The cleanliness and breakfast.
- It's located between Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Walking distance to both very easy. The breakfast is great and all the staff are very friendly. Hotel employee at check in was so nice and accommodating! Also amazing views. I will definitely stay here again

Cons -
- Fire alarm told us to evacuate in the middle of the night and then we were never told to re-enter when they discovered it was a false alarm. Room 141 was very noisy near a pool entrance, market food store had very low quality sandwiches, old.
- Would like a nicer beach. Doesn't have to match the other hotels on Palm Beach, but at least get rid of some of the rocks in the water.
