Room size, cleanliness, nice fun options in the center of the hotel. Pool, ping pong, fooseball, hot tub
The staff are generally friendly but that niceness masks that they are trying to take advantage of you by overcharging for various things. The facilities are nice but they are undergoing construction.

Very kid friendly!! As a family of 6, it is hard to find tolerant places to stay that have options and fun for kids. Clean, and mostly quiet for our 2 night stay.

Leaving, there is no staff ANYWHERE, the towels had blood spots on them! The tub looked to have black mold as the caulking was terrible. The place should be shuttered! My family packed up and left by 7:00am we were so grossed out!
The location is great for enjoying the mountain or taking the trolley downtown. The room was very clean.

The rooms are quite nice, though not as nice as Marriott's own Mountainside property, just a few minutes up the road. Parking is free, though it can be quite full on weekends, with a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse on-site.

The room is literally a small house, about 600 square feet, if I had to guess. It is a massive space for two people. It has a full kitchen, two sitting areas, two TVs, a Jacuzzi tub, shower and W.C., in-room washer/dryer and two closets.
Great location and rooms are very nice for the price!
We had to cancel our trip to hotel because we both had coronavirus .

Top Tips
- Book hotels 4 to 6 months ahead for Park City's ski season (December to March) to avoid 40% to 60% rate surges. During Sundance Film Festival in mid-January, prices can double, so check event dates before booking to avoid peak pricing.
- Expect 12% to 14% in combined lodging taxes and $20 to $35 in daily resort fees at most Park City hotels. Compare bundled rates on booking sites to see the total cost before booking, and check if amenities such as breakfast or parking are included.
- Deer Valley resorts allow only skiing, not snowboarding. Select hotels at Park City Mountain or Canyons Village for groups with both skiers and snowboarders. These areas often offer multi-resort lift ticket packages.
- Park City Transit is fare-free and connects Main Street, Park City Mountain, and Canyons Village every 10 to 20 minutes in peak season. Use the service to avoid downtown parking fees and cut winter driving stress.
- Salt Lake City Airport (SLC) is 35 to 60 minutes away by car in good weather. Add 30 to 60 minutes for winter storms. Shuttle service generally costs $35 to $60 per person one-way; reserve in advance during busy weekends.
- Hotels at the base areas of Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, and Canyons Village often provide ski valet, onsite lockers, and boot dryers. Many downtown hotels do not; verify available amenities if ski logistics are important to your stay.
- Snowfall and UDOT traction laws can require 4WD or winter tires on I-80 or US-40. If you are not experienced with winter driving, consider shuttle transfers for safety and convenience.
- Noise on Main Street increases during events and holidays. To ensure a quieter stay, request an inner-facing or upper-floor room and ask about soundproofing when booking.
- Park City sits at 7,000 to 7,200 feet (2,100 to 2,200 m) altitude. Hydrate for 24 to 48 hours after arrival and moderate activity to reduce mild altitude effects, especially for children, older guests, or those with heart or lung conditions.
- Many hotels list extra resort or amenity fees separately. Check the booking details before finalizing to confirm the exact nightly fee and included services.
