the house keepers use the Leftover soap bars to clean the restroom And they left some in the toilet and it overflow I call maintenance and they send me A plunger saying it was my job to clean and fix toilet that I didn't pay for maintenance to doit.

Although basic in facilities... my room was clean, cool, and very comfortable! Way impressed with this Motel 6. And, being that my daughter is getting married, and their apartment is 2 blocks away... I now have a 'go-to' place to stay at whenever I visit.

The Magnolia Hotel is a great value for the star level and location. I got a clean and well appointed room. Good size for one or two persons. Came with a closet and a tub/shower combo. Comfortable bedding. Overall clean.

I loved the view from my room. All rooms at either on the 49th or 50th floor. I loved the kitchenette, the microwave also had a convection cooking option so you could cook a meal if you wanted. Great fridge as well. Nice shower, good sized bathroom.
The 50th floor city view was phenomenal. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I would stay here again.

The level of excellence the staff maintained especially their customer service and guest relations. the front desk supervisor knows her role well and displays the patience of a saint.
The manager discriminated and did a tort stitustion to myself and elderly with a disability. I have file a complaint and will be filing more State of Texas agencies complaints. This should and will not happen to anyone else.
