Run down and needing major repairs. Breakfast was not good...very limited and were out of basic things like butter.

There was standing water in our hallway outside our door the entire stay. It smelt like musty, wet dog. My entire family came home very sick. There was chunks of hair floating in the pool and our AC unit was held on by duct tape. 1/10 rating.

Ants in the bathroom. No jacuzzi as well as microwave. I was under the impression that's what room I booked for 160 some $. The pool area was not able to be opened, they should advertise that as a court...

We got to check in with our reservation, and they said they were full and "didn't have a way to contact us ahead of time".. Not willing to help at all.

Location is excellent. Underground parking, Starbucks in the hotel, and both the Starbucks and the restaurant look out over the river. Beautiful view and easy access to walking paths. Staff was outstanding.
