- Great location. Very nice motel. Rate was reasonable
- very friendly staff and cleanliness of room

Cons -
- Breakfast eggs rubbery, there was no yogurt
- Pool and hot tub were filthy after a family was in it. Hot tub was cloudy and stuff was floating in it. They left towels everywhere. We were unable to use it as they did not clean it till next day.
- rooms on east side had a bit of irritating Interstate 29 traffic noise
