- Location is excellent. Underground parking, Starbucks in the hotel, and both the Starbucks and the restaurant look out over the river. Beautiful view and easy access to walking paths. Staff was outstanding.
- It was near the Pavillion downtown where we came to see a performance.
- The location
Cons -
- Beds are not very comfortable and only 3 pillows per bed (why not 4?).
- An additional Parking fee I had to pay when checking out. Toilet was plugged up. Could hear every step of the people on next floor above us.
- The room was extremely dirty and worn. There was literally fluffy-black mold in the sink. More mold and dirt in the shower. The room fixtures & furniture were very worn. We were shocked by the state of our room and extremely disappointed.
