Staff was nice. Location was great, but at the same time tucked away. Hotel was quiet. Place was clean for a 2 star hotel but could have been slightly cleaner. Priced too high but yet it keeps the rift raff out so I get it. Would stay again.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The room and bathroom were visibly clean.

Staff was unprofessional rooms or dirty and unclean
The rugs in the stairs and hallways were very very filthy, the side drawer¿s next to the bed were filthy on both sides, the portable wood closet was painted and the paint was peeling off and 1 of the doors was falling off.
It's close to where I needed to go but it's more expensive than I'd like.

Absolutely nothing. If I could rate this hotel—if you can even call it that—a ZERO, I absolutely would. Where do I even start? The staff was rude from the second we checked in, and somehow checkout wasn’t any better. When we were leaving.
The staff and managers and owners are AWESOME! They are very professional and have excellent customer service!

Top Tips
- Expect rates to surge during major events such as boxing matches, national horse races, or headline concerts at Parx Casino. Book 2 to 4 weeks in advance to avoid sold-out budget rooms; flexible cancellation is often available but review your selected hotel's policy.
- Discover direct regional rail access to Center City Philadelphia from Cornwells Heights Park-and-Ride on SEPTA’s Trenton Line, with trains taking 30 to 40 minutes. Check for step-free access and confirm current parking rates before traveling.
- Stay along Street Road or near Neshaminy Mall for walkable access—10 to 20 minutes—to chain restaurants, large grocery stores, and at least one 24-hour pharmacy. This location is ideal for guests without a car.
- If your hotel is near Neshaminy Creek or the Delaware River, request a higher or inland-facing room to minimize flood risk during severe weather. Confirm elevator access if a higher floor is needed for accessibility.
- Late-night public transit ends around 11 PM in Bensalem. Prebook a taxi or rideshare for arrivals or departures after this time, and request accessible vehicles if you have mobility requirements.
- Need reliable remote work options? Contact your hotel to verify Wi-Fi speed (Mbps), workspace type, and business center hours. Many hotels provide accessible workstations or quiet areas; ask about privacy if needed.
