Nothing. We were much later than planned. There was a sign to ring a doorbell for assistance. No one answered. I had attempted to call the phone # in our itinerary much earlier to inform them of late arrival. No one answered. The phone # is for CA

Friendly staff and clean room
Liked the style concept but lacked the finished work and details. Sloppy finished trim work or none at all. I have stayed here 4 times 4 different rooms and all seem to be the same, easily could be finished to make them more presentable.

The staffing at the front desk was very courteous and prompt. We were tired and my card was not reading the chip (due to damaged card) and she patiently waited as I retrieved another card.
Employees are extremely personable and pleasant. Everything was amazing, best in town for sure!

Good location. The breakfast was excellent compared to other similar hotels. The staff were very responsive and the food was seasoned. The room was comfortable and updated.
Nice building, clean, pleasant staff - inoperable shower. a high percentage of a hotel room is the bathroom and a completely inoperable shower is inexcusable.

Decorating was nice in the room & cookies were a nice extra.
It is close to down town to walk and find dining, we enjoyed a top tier restaurant called Tmacs, we really appreciate that they give guests who are staying to visit inmates a discount. Incarnation is a leading contributor to families of inmates.

Top Tips
- Book your Pendleton hotel 3 to 6 months in advance for the Round-Up in late September. Rates typically increase by 20-30% and most properties reach near capacity during this event window.
- Select hotels near I-84 for complimentary larger parking and easier RV or trailer access. Downtown hotels often limit vehicles to smaller, paid lots ($15 per night), so confirm parking options before booking if traveling with oversized vehicles.
- Major chain hotels in Pendleton, such as Hampton, Holiday Inn, and Best Western, routinely provide free breakfast, included parking, and reliable Wi-Fi. Verify included amenities when booking for business or connectivity needs.
- Historic downtown hotels may have multiple short staircases and limited elevator or ramp access. Always request accessible room details and elevator access in writing if mobility support is required.
- Car rentals are practical in Pendleton, as Uber or Lyft wait times may exceed 20-40 minutes during evenings and weekends. Check car rental hours and confirm your last-mile transit before arrival.
- Air quality varies July to September due to wildfire smoke. Check current AQI (AirNow) and ask hotels about central HVAC filtration or portable air purifiers to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Pack layers, since day-to-night temperatures can swing 15-25°F in spring, summer, and fall. If needed, confirm your hotel offers individually controlled thermostats for cool mornings or evenings.
- Pet policies in Pendleton hotels vary. Most allow dogs for a fee, but on-site horse or livestock stabling is rare; confirm pet and animal accommodations in advance if traveling with animals.
