Cleaniness and staff
Super clean Front desk was great customer service
The hotel was very clean. That was the biggest thing preventing me from giving it less of a rating. Pool was too cold as it wasn't heated, front desk guy was rude, but manager was helpful.

It was an awful stay. Kids next door were running around and screaming from 1-4am. Called front desk, no one answered. The hallways smelt like it was a party with people smoking cigarettes & marijuana. It was terrible, I did not get one ounce of sleep!!

I felt like the staff members were overworked (there were 6 guests in line when checking in and the phone rang 3 times while waiting to be checked - and 1 front desk guy) - but he handled every guest with kindness and was helpful.

It's 3 minutes walking distance to my job. It's also convenient for the fact that there was a lot of stores walking distance.  front desk was very pleasant. He gave me the best customer service.

Comfortable and super clean. Great water pressure.
My tip for the corporations is to update this hotel, please install automatic doors. I was able to receive cleaning ever day as needed. The cleaning crew were very nice accommodating and efficient. The language barrier never became a problem.

Top Tips
- Board NJ Transit trains at New Brunswick station, located 3-4 miles (4.8-6.4 km) from central North Brunswick, to reach New York Penn Station in 35-50 minutes. Confirm train times in advance, especially during late evening or weekends, for smooth travel.
- Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is 24-30 miles (39-48 km) from North Brunswick, typically a 35-50 minute drive by car. For public transit, allow 60-80 minutes via New Brunswick station and AirTrain. Check for scheduled track work or service changes before departure.
- Major hotels cluster along US-1/Route 130, and downtown New Brunswick’s dining and nightlife are 3-4 miles (4.8-6.4 km) away. Plan for rideshare or car rentals, as walking paths may be limited, especially after dark.
- Many suburban North Brunswick hotels include free on-site parking; verify this amenity at booking. If you stay in downtown New Brunswick, expect additional parking fees and check for accessible spaces if needed.
- To reduce traffic noise, request an upper-floor room facing away from Route 1/130. Most hotels in this area are near major roads, so confirm availability of quiet rooms or noise-reducing features before arrival.
- Access Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Rutgers facilities faster by choosing hotels in southern North Brunswick, which are 3-5 miles (4.8-8 km) away. Avoid peak Route 1 traffic by traveling outside typical rush hours.
- Most North Brunswick hotels do not run direct airport shuttles; budget for taxis or rideshares to New Brunswick station or Newark Airport. For accessible transport options, inquire about local taxi companies offering ramp access or step-free vehicles.
- Book 3-8 weeks ahead for weekends during large university events, such as Rutgers graduation or major concerts. North Brunswick hotels frequently fill up as overflow lodging during these high-demand periods - early booking increases your room and amenity choices.
