This hotel is amazing. It?s like a dream. They have everything you could ever want. It?s like the Disneyland of hotels.
The overall "personality" and "quirkiness" of the vintage property, it's location, and the recent upgrades.

The location
The the hotel was clean rooms had a smell to them. Not too bad rooms cleaned every day. Best part was price.
I liked the fact that it appeared to be a family operating the motel. I particularly like the fact that they all spoke such broken English that it was near impossible to understand them.

The balcony with a great view of the Lake of the Ozarks. beds were comfortable and the couch and coffee table were great for cards.
The staff , espically the bartender on duty.
Hot tub was huge, but the hand railing to get in and out was busted and laying on the floor. The pool and hot tub being open 24 hours was awesome.

Poor quality. We stayed at the house in the estate where parking was so steep that it was almost impossible to drive up there.
I thought it was a bit ridiculous that being a customer at the hotel didn¿t get you any better amenities than someone staying down the road. You pay 16$ for breakfast and 17$ to get in the water park anyone can go to the swim up bar. Really save your$
Friendly staff and they gave us rides on a golf cart anywhere in the resort. Food was great as well, were definitely coming back this summer.

Nice hotel and resort atmosphere. Brunch was good and staff were very nice: despite being the July 4th weekend, not overcrowded with people which was refreshing. The young lady who made the quick breakfast sandwiches near the front desk was awesome.

Top Tips
- Book lakefront properties 4 to 6 months in advance for the summer peak season in Osage Beach to avoid 25-40% price increases between May and August. Early booking improves your chances of reserving popular amenities such as private docks and pool access. Review cancellation terms before confirming your reservation.
- Expect total occupancy taxes ranging from 12.75% to 13.75% on top of room rates in Osage Beach, depending on city and county jurisdiction. Review the final price breakdown before completing your booking.
- Explore off-season stays outside of summer and holiday weekends to save 20-30% on average room rates. Temperatures in Osage Beach often remain pleasant into October—check local event calendars, as festivals may affect pricing.
- If arriving by boat or personal watercraft, confirm if your accommodation offers boat slip rentals, which typically cost $25-$75 per night. Reserve slips early, as availability at Osage Beach resorts is often limited during peak months.
- Wi-Fi speeds in Osage Beach hotels may vary by property and provider. Test download and upload speeds upon arrival if you require reliable connectivity for remote work or streaming, and consider requesting an upgraded room close to business centers if available.
- Save 10-15% on local activities by visiting Missouri State Parks visitor centers, which regularly offer discount vouchers for regional attractions. Present a valid hotel room key for additional deals at select locations.
- Lake of the Ozarks water levels fluctuate based on dam releases. Check the Army Corps of Engineers Lake Level reports before planning boating or shoreline activities, especially if you need step-free dock access.
- Some Osage Beach resorts add daily resort or service charges of $10-$30 on top of room rates. Review your booking summary for any additional fees prior to payment and clarify which amenities are covered by these charges.
