Closeness to outside door and pool
The front staff was kind and accommodating. The lobby was nice. The front desk staff, while short staffed came and cleaned the hair out of the hot tub for us so we could enjoy the pool area. Nice guy!!
I was overcharged two weeks in a row. I was treated poorly by staff. I will not be back.

It’s very hard to say anything good due to the cockroaches. They’ve never heard of bleach clearly because everything looked dingy and dirty from the sheets to the towels.
The staff was prompt and friendly. Very helpful during our stay.
The Days Inn located in Columbus, IN is very clean and quiet, especially for the rate. I would return and recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness is the best I’ve ever experienced. Cleaner than any 4-5 star hotel. Staff was beyond kind, they helped me change rooms when I experienced a loud noise coming from the air conditioning unit. They even brought me the room key to me.

Abe Martin lodge is a historic building with people coming here and enjoying nature for a very long time. I brought my children here when they were small to enjoy the swimming pools in winter. Coming here again after many years with my adult son was fun .

Top Tips
- Upgrade your rest by requesting a rear-facing room at check-in. Properties lining I-65 near Exit 76 often experience highway noise, especially from trucks overnight. Confirm the location of your room at arrival, as rooms facing away from the highway typically offer quieter stays.
- Secure availability during peak event weekends, such as Black Friday or major outlet sales, by booking hotels near Edinburgh Premium Outlets 3-6 weeks ahead. Rates and room selection can change quickly during these periods.
- Avoid billing surprises by confirming your total price at checkout, including Indiana’s 7% sales tax and any local innkeeper fees. Most bookings show these fees prior to payment, but ask staff if any charges are unclear.
- Expect car-dependent travel in Edinburgh. Allow 25-40 minutes to reach downtown Indianapolis by car, and drive times increase during peak outlet sale weekends. Plan departures around high-traffic periods for easier access.
- Accessible room availability can be limited at smaller properties in Edinburgh. Confirm accessible features and room type at booking, and request step-free access or visual alarms if needed.
- Take advantage of free onsite self-parking at most Edinburgh hotels, which is ideal for guests making multiple outlet trips. Confirm overnight parking policies at check-in, especially if you plan to return after late shopping runs.
- Prepare for emergencies by identifying the nearest full-service hospital before your stay, as Edinburgh does not have a large medical center onsite. The closest ERs are typically 20-40 minutes away in the Johnson County or Indianapolis area; program directions in advance.
