The room was not cleaned prior. The microwave had exploded food within it, there was black mold in the shower, hair along all of the baseboards, and a clogged toilet that I had to plunge myself after being given a plunger by the front desk.

The towels were dirty as well as burn marks in the blankets and there was a cockroach on the floor, we have always stayed there and no problems this time it was very disappointed, they were also doing construction, probley will not be staying there again

We absolutely loved how nice the staff wereÂ¿I wish I knew the guys name serving the wine on Sunday when we got there. He was a cool dude and gave my son m&mÂ¿s and the girl at the front desk went out of her way to get my son markers.

Very accomadting. Staff was wonderful. We were spoiled with morning croissants. So good!!!!
