- Lovely room, lovely decor, lovely little window seats and great bathroom with lovely rain shower. The dinner was good - but a high price.
- Great location, friendly staff. Good selection of food on menu, plus decent breakfast. Rooms are a good size.

Cons -
- We felt that this was overpriced for one night. The beds felt uncomfortable and hard and I handled slept . We had 2 just 2 teabags for the stay which didnt seem much so we asked for more. We asked for a hot chocolate and although this was possible this was a charge. The same for breakfast - cappuccino and espresso or latte was extra. Considering this was 155 for a night, this was rather off, specially as the coffee was strong and not hot. We felt that the members of staff on duty were stressed as it was very busy for dinner.
- Rooms little bit tired, could do with a refresh. No sound proofing between rooms, so woken several times from mother guests/dogs.
- Room 23 is a tad small for a dog friendly room. We had no space to lay her bed and my husband hit his shoulder a few times on the badly placed tv
