Conveniently located along I-95 – which makes it a cinch to get to downtown Boston – the Peabody area is within minutes of outdoor recreation and historic sites. Visitors can hit the links at the nearby Meadow at Peabody golf course, or take a short drive to the 2,200-acre Lynn Woods forest reserve, the second largest municipal park in the greater Boston area and home to trails, a lovely rose garden and even a deep cave once believed to hide pirate treasure.
