The Grand Blue Sky International - All Inclusive

Nice decent resort. Food was above average and overall amenities were good. Turkish bath onsite was worth the try. I think for the price it was a great experience.

Beach was not that great but not hotel's fault.

We liked the service of the waiters especially Duran in the Snack Bar, The food in the Snack Bar was amazing, The staff was very pleasant.

The Food in the Main food area was already the same everyday, and the rooms need a little bit of renovation.

Staff are so nice and trying to help

The place is so dirty and its too old , the hotel should be closed and renovated, because it’s impossible to use it like that

The garden, the beach, the food, the service. Was good quality for the money we paid. We also compare our stay with other accommodation in other facility and is considerably better here

Everything was perfect

The setting is beautiful, staff are very polite and helpful.

Housekeeping could do with some improvement. Pillows had stained marks on them.

All facilities are old and not cleaned well. Staff is also do fair to low quality job

The pools & the scenery are good ??

Mouldy bathroom…. Rooms not clean …… food choice really poor ….. me & my friend ended up with upset stomach’s…….there are mice in the treatment rooms.

First line sea hotel with private beach and well organised beach area (free shezlongs, shower, cabin, wc). Has sea activities. There are many sitting and walking sections outside the hotel, with amazing gardens, and there are few outside swimming pools. Great food selection and variety. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and supportive. Easy to order taxi to Ephesus directly at reception, just make sure to take driver's phone number (if time changes etc.). As a tour operator I concider coming back, absolutely loved staying there ?

Would be great to have typical bath toiletries sets back to use, not just single shower gel

It was all inclusive and the food and beverage were well below standard. some of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms were not equipped with iron and other standard items.

Had a fantastic holiday with my daughter and granddaughter age 2 yrs

The kids club for activity and safety and staff to show an interest in the children they were minding

Good location to Ladies Beach

Room not clean, balcony door would not close properly. Very rude, unhelpful staff. Music at the pool ridiculously loud. Food was very poor.

Waste of money and time

Hotel is terrible there is no staff working anywhere.No lifeguard or staff around pool everywhere is mud around pool.Everybody smoking while they are in the pool. There is no way to find anywhere to sit there isn’t enough sunbeds around and all the pools terribly dirty. Most of it broken.Trolly what they use to carry clean towels absoluety filthy. There isnt any toiletteries in the rooms. Staff swering each other all the time around our kids.Rooms are terribly dirty.We can’t eat anything at the hotel. Metal Plates what they using for food all rusty. You have to spend at least 1 hour to find a table to sit. Foods few days old. Staff smoking everywhere. Elevator have a problem i have reported to them they have done nothing my 3 years old got stuck between door.Kids play area is dangerous everything broken.This hotel needs full inspection.

Property was spacious and embedded within nature.

The rooms and property are outdated. The food was limited in variety and of very low quality. Service was horrible. The staff are mostly trainees and they are not happy.

The swimming pools are big, one in particular was very deep so we stayed away from that with small children!! The nighttime entertainment was one of the best shows we have seen ?

The food management is poor. There is an outdoor grill, which people are forced to queue for food! This is in direct sun, and there is no shade available! I queued for 20 mins one morning for pancakes and people ahead of me loaded their plates with the contents of the last remaining pancakes, the staff ignored everyone else, there was at least 30 people in the queue and the staff closed the grill, even though breakfast service was for another 20 minutes! Air conditioning in the bedroom was poor, it was a huge bedroom but the output was very poor!! The bathroom was dirty.

I recently stayed at Grand Blue Sky International, and I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. During my stay, a significant amount of money was stolen from the safe in my room. I only realised after i left the hotel. I am contacting the relevant authorities to sort this issue out and will find who stole my money!!!

Location, sea and view was nice.

Food was not tasty, also it takes very long to stay in queue. Moreover, Flies were sitting on the food which was not hygienically ok.

The property was old and didn’t renovate it, facilities was Rusty, parking was always full, never come back to this hotel,Too expensive for such an old room and lower than average food, drinks was something make us headache

Old, staff was average, expensive for the provided service, no parking, internet was very low, food was not enough up to end of timing
