Homewood Suites By Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when I asked for a night's extension with little notice before my initial check out. The shuttle to Disney was as advertised, though it can arrive 5-15 minutes late fairly regularly. I was excited to see they also had a Shuttle to Universal Studios, I missed that in my research. Location is conveniently located for all the parks, including SeaWorld, and lots of food/shopping options.Spacious rooms, clean, free breakfast, functioning kitchenette, and reliable shuttle services to Epcot and Universal were everything my family needed for this trip and they delivered above and beyond.

The free breakfast was nice, but all of the cooked food felt extremely heavy. It saved me a bunch of money, but not something I recommend for a whole week, save for bread, cereal, and coffee.

No hot water for showers, fridge kept getting hot (spoiled our food), toilet was making loud screeching noise, maintenance had to come fix it. Only one elevator so it took 15 minutes to get in one trying to check out (had cart with bags). Had to keep asking for towels since housekeeping didn’t supply enough.

Room was modern, spotless quiet and very comfortable. Great location. Very comfortable stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room, with kitchen, table and couch. Bathroom has a tub. Aircon works well. Decent breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Near enough the parks. Shuttle to Universal. No resort fee.

Breakfast buffet was poor. More fruit needed and other breakfast items. It was basic.

Breakfast was self serve. Everyone touching the same spoon. Elevators were dirty.

Great customer service. Good variety of breakfast options. The comfort of the stay.

The hot water could have been a little hotter.

The location was nice

The room smelt like moldy food being covered up by an air fragrance. Shortly after I discovered food in the dish washer causing the smell. No dishwasher pods or dish detergent was in the room. I ran the dishwasher for it to fill up with water and not drain. I called downstairs and they sent people twice to drain it with a shop vac instead of fixing the real issue as to why it wasn’t draining. The pull out soda had a huge stain that looked like urine. It was also so worn you could feel and see the springs in the mattress on it. We revived wet towels folded after house keeping came in. The breakfast is good through the week but the weekend is not good. They were often out of coffee and water downstairs. The hot tub didn’t work.

Breakfast was ok every morning. Not a ton of options but enough to get fed. Location was central to a lot of food and grocery options. House keeping ladies were great, did a good job in the rooms to tidy them up. Rooms were clean

Broken Ice machine on our floor and floor below. Broken elevator call button on main elevator. Broken buttons on side access elevator. Hot tub broken. Pool dirty everyday, pool deck covered in debris from plants everyday and no staff cleaning it. Standing water with rotting fruit on pool deck everyday. Had to use the net to clean the pool for us everyday as the pool was so dirty. No working exhaust fan in shower room. Had to shower with door open to let out steam, this set off fire alarm every time. Told desk, no maintenance staff came all week. Second room dishwasher would not pump out water. again told desk and no maintenance staff came. A/C unit leaking water all over carpet. Got a text from management asking me our stay. I messaged them all the issues and received no response back. 2 out 4 washing machines broken all week. 2 out of 4 dryers broken all week. This created a lot of lines to use facilities. maintenance staff walking around by obvious issues and ignore, watched three guys playing basketball asked them to clean pool, said no English and left. No A/C in hallways, sweltering temps all week. Disappointed this is a Hilton property.
