- The grotto hot tub
- The people were great, spaces were really cool.
- We were upgraded and it was a fantastic stay. The reservation staff were absolutely first class and the room was incredible. Breakfasts were super delicious. Hot tub unbelievable - best in Banff. The Fox will be our annual Christmas stay:)
Cons -
- Lots of noise late at night from partiers and staff did not seem to care to do anything about it
- No air conditioning in the rooms. It was unseasonable warm when we were there.
- The towels in the room were overly rough and a bit small.
