- Did not know about reservation. All doors locked. Found an open service entrance and tracked them down. Room was cold and very damp. Fortunately a dehumidifier was provided and ran it constantly during 3 day stay. One small electric baseboard heater.
- No signs marking the hotel on a very secluded property.
- Stairs or a walkway with a railing to the water/beach would be better
