This historic hotel is just a 2 minute walk from Schloss Neuschwanstein castle. It offers spacious rooms, great views of the Alps, and Bavarian food. The Schlossrestaurant Neuschwanstein has spacious rooms with bright décor. Some feature a modern bathroom. Big breakfast buffets are provided at the country-style Schlossrestaurant. Popular German meals are served here. It features a terrace with scenic views. Free parking is available at the Schlossrestaurant Neuschwanstein. Füssen town center and train station is just 10 minutes away by car or bus.

- The location is excellent, just below the castle. The room was very nice and quiet and very clean. The breakfast was also very good. We liked it very much and would highly recommend it.
- FANTASTIC LOCATION! Cannot beat!
- Room matched the on-line description. The staff was very kind and forthcoming. The cleanliness of room, shared toiled and shower room was impeccable. Waking up looking at the Neuschwanstein castle = priceless :-)
Cons -
- For the breakfast they won't let you sit by the windows where you can see out. It would have been nice if I could sit where I want. Also, you need to have tickets for the castle before you visit it. I'd recommend that the staff inform people.
- You have to share the bathroom and showers with the entire floor of the hotel and one of the two toilets was broke. Everything is completely closed at 6pm restaurant and bar inclusive so you must drive or walk down the mountain for anything after 6pm
