- The location is excellent, just below the castle. The room was very nice and quiet and very clean. The breakfast was also very good. We liked it very much and would highly recommend it.
- Room matched the on-line description. The staff was very kind and forthcoming. The cleanliness of room, shared toiled and shower room was impeccable. Waking up looking at the Neuschwanstein castle = priceless :-)
Excelente
Cons -
- For the breakfast they won't let you sit by the windows where you can see out. It would have been nice if I could sit where I want. Also, you need to have tickets for the castle before you visit it. I'd recommend that the staff inform people.
- You have to share the bathroom and showers with the entire floor of the hotel and one of the two toilets was broke. Everything is completely closed at 6pm restaurant and bar inclusive so you must drive or walk down the mountain for anything after 6pm

It was located very close to the castle
The last mile drive to the hotel was slow and difficult
Price and location. Especially you can drive all the way to the Neuschwanstein Castle.
Nothing really, you got more than what you paid for.
