Staff and breakfast

Bad, it was really bad for me. My back still hurts, and must admit it was little chilly. Heating was only good in bathroom.

Price, location, really good breakfast, great friendly staff, very quiet.

It was quite cold in the room (Gästehaus), it was however one cold night at -6 deg outside. So if you know it's gonna be cold better bring warm sleeping clothing. Bed not that comfortable but ok for the price.

The restaurant meal was excellent and the reception desk staff was very helpful.The remote room location, away from the main hotel , had free parking....a big plus in a city only a few blocks from the main pedestrian walking mall which was covered with Christmas market stalls.

Central location with parking in front of the hotel. Spacious room with TWO bathrooms. Helpful people working there during checkin and in canteen.

Breakfast is very modest. Check-out experience, the receptionist insisted that we paid right away, despite we saying that we wanted to pay later as we were in a hurry to explore the city.

The receptionist was really friendly and the check-in was smooth. The room was clean and also had a mini bar in the room.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was tasty and more than enough for us and the kids. The Coffee was very good and so was the hot chocolate.

Hotel is good located for a sleepover while traveling. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The facade, parking, had restaurant so could dine in. The room was clean and bathroom good also.

The room was quiet and adequate for my needs. The breakfast was very good with friendly staff serving.

The bathroom was small but I managed okay.

I had a problems with card payment on the check-out day. no reason shared with me. As my responsibility was to find a way how to pay for the room. Because I'm foreginer (not a German citizen) I lost few EURO on currency exchange and ATM operation and a lot of time to find the place and back to the hotel. I was late on my business meeting at the end what was not OK. Lack of any efforts from side of the man from the reception.

Good position, about 5 minutes' walk into the town centre. Free parking round the corner and across the road. Very good evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Hotel and restaurant good value for money.

No traffic noise with the windows closed, but very loud otherwise. Breakfast was ok, but a bit limited. The room was a bit musty - the old carpet?

Comfy, clean and warm. Close to the train station and the city centre. Nice people

My room was located at another building (the guest house) across the street, and the lady at reception kindly guided me there. It is relatively modern, and I'm very happy with its cleanness and comfort. It also has a window facing a quiet alley. (I assume some other rooms are facing the inner court, which would also be nice.) It is a perfect place for a stopover if you are travelling further to east Germany.

The door is not very soundproofing, so I can hear people talking in the corridor. Fortunately, all the guests respect the quiet hours, and there was absolutely no noise after 11pm.

Good selection of breakfast items. Room was quiet, spacious and comfortable.

It was hard to know where to park when we checked in. But parking during our stay was free with a pass from the hotel and right across the street in a public parking lot.

Close to the city center, just some meters from the main cathedral. What was expectional, at least from a quick look, while passing through the restaurant I saw some mouth-watering dishes (must-try)

The hallway to the room was full of spiders, needed a quick cleaning. The pillow wasn’t that good, they might be looking on it too.

Stayed a few years ago and nothings changed still ten out of ten for me .I stayed in the annex this time just as good breakfast in the main building good .location is good between the railway station and the city centre .if in the area I will stay again .

Nice, big room (divided in two). View from the window, parking. Minibar with good prices.Convenient hotel.

There's no inside door between rooms.

I was given a card to park my car for free in public car park. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Curtains don't completely black out room.
